Pre-COP Stakeholder Program

Vale ni Vanua - Knowledge Exchange

Nadi, Fiji | 5-8 October 2026

The Pre-COP Stakeholder Program, Vale ni Vanua - Knowledge Exchange will be held alongside the formal Pre-COP program in Fiji.

Vale ni Vanua is a space where traditional and community knowledge comes together with science and policy to support meaningful conversations and shared ideas.

In Fijian culture, vanua means more than land. It brings together people, place, community and tradition. Vale means house, a place where people come together.

The stakeholder program will include a mix of event formats including plenaries, panels, roundtables, workshops, networking opportunities and keynotes.
